Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Return (Eligibility)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached.
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Certain items may be exempt from being returned, such as personalized items, intimate apparel, or digital products, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within the 30-day return window. In your email, please include:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return.
    • Photographs of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Instructions: Sidda (finura.top) will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send your item back to us before receiving official return authorization.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with details and photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you desire.
